Scope of Work: PGA Inc. completed a full electrical demolition and replacement as part of this complete bakery remodel. The project included removing the existing single-phase electrical system and installing a new, upgraded three-phase system designed to support increased operational demands. Our team completed electrical installation from the utility service through interior lighting, receptacles, rooftop unit power, and kitchen equipment connections. Underground raceways were also installed to prepare for the future Phase 2 retail buildout, helping position the project for continued expansion and long-term functionality.

BUG Office Complex

Scope of Work: PGA Inc. completed the installation of a new electrical system for the BUG office building, providing power distribution, lighting, and receptacles throughout the facility. The project focused on delivering reliable day-to-day functionality while supporting the needs of the new office space. Additional work included installation of gutter heat tape systems designed to help reduce winter ice buildup and improve cold-weather performance around the building exterior.
